7. DELIVERY

The customer can return the product within 30 days, in any of our stores, or by sending it directly to the headquarters of Bandaventura Lda.
All costs associated with the return are borne by the customer, unless the return is made directly at one of the Bandaventura Lda stores.
The customer must return the product in the same package used in the initial delivery.
Any product that has been damaged or that is not in the same condition as the customer has received, does not confer the right to return.
If the customer understands that the product, upon delivery, does not meet the requirements, he should contact Bandaventura Lda through the existing form through the Customer Area or through customer support +351 219 240 935.
The refund of any amount will be made through the same payment method used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
12. Exchange
The customer can exchange the product within 30 days after receiving it, having 2 options:
- In our stores, being able to exchange for size, color or even for another product.
- On the website, after confirmation by Bandaventura Lda of receiving the product and issuing an exchange voucher, you can make a new purchase.
